In 2010, Ms. Velasquez transferred her office to the central area of Naga City for her to serve more people by making it more accessible to them. This transfer established VER1REV ENTERPRISE. In this year, she also completed her Doctorate degree in Developmental Education wherein she used MRI-CMD as the subject for her dissertation entitled "Mineralized Potable Water and Pupil's Physical and Academic Performance" attaining a rating of "Excellent". During this period, her company also conceptualized "Tubig at mga Mineral: Sagot sa Kalusugan" as a new medical paradigm and redefined health management. Through mere use of water and minerals, most diseases can be addressed if the patient strictly and religiously followed the principles behind the concept.
